"Paul of Hartman Construction, a licensed contractor has done quite a bit of upgrades at our home and we trust him completely. He is conscientious hardworking and a perfectionist. Some work we've been satisfied with but he wasn't so continued to work until he was happy. His pricing is very competitive, matter of face when he replaced all of our windows he was actually lower than 4 other bids (which he recommended we get.) We would highly recommend Paul for any remodeling, construction or building projects. Leslie & Larry Viens"
